Our pre-competitive program is designed for students who are ready to train at a higher level while continuing to build strong foundations in acrobatics and aerial hammock.
This program bridges the gap between recreational and competitive training, with a greater focus on technique, consistency, and performance.
Pre-competitive classes are structured, coach-led sessions for students who show readiness for more focused training. Athletes are introduced to routine development, stronger skill execution, and performance skills, while still maintaining a supportive and positive environment.

Students in the pre-competitive program work on:

Pre-competitive training requires consistent weekly attendance. Students must attend at least one class per week, with two classes per week strongly recommended for steady progress.

This program is designed for young students who are ready for more focused training. This program builds on foundational acrobatics and aerial hammock skills with increased attention to technique, strength, and consistency. Students continue developing coordination, discipline, and body awareness while being introduced to simple routines and performance skills in a supportive environment.
New to the program? Start with a recreational class. Our coaches will guide placement and recommend the appropriate level.

This program is for students ready to take their acrobatics and aerial hammock training to the next level. Classes focus on refining technique, building strength and flexibility, and progressing skills such as cartwheels, walkovers, balances, and aerial transitions. Athletes are introduced to routine development, performance quality, and more structured training while continuing to grow in confidence and control.
New to the program? Start with a recreational class. Our coaches will guide placement and recommend the appropriate level.
Nika began her training in Ukraine at the age of 4 and started competing at 6. She has a strong background in rhythmic gymnastics, competing at a high level and achieving multiple titles throughout her career.

Nika also trained in artistic gymnastics in the Netherlands, expanding her experience across disciplines.

Katya has been coaching children since 2014, working with students of all levels, from beginners to national-level athletes. She brings years of experience in developing strong foundations, confidence, and discipline through structured, supportive training.
Katya represented Canada in both rhythmic gymnastics and aesthetic group gymnastics, competing at a high level internationally. She holds a NCCP Level 3 coaching certification in gymnastics and is certified in Acrobatic Arts (Level 1).
In addition to her gymnastics background, Katya has completed 30 hours of aerial hammock teacher training (YACEP) and continues to expand her expertise in aerial arts.
She recently placed 2nd in the semi-professional aerial hammock category at the CPAC competition, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to training and performance.

Our pre-competitive program is designed for students who are ready for more structured training. If you are unsure, we recommend starting with a call or assessment so we can guide you to the right program.
Some experience is helpful, but not required. Motivated beginners who are ready to learn and train consistently may also be considered.
Students must attend at least one class per week. For proper progress, two to three classes per week is strongly recommended.
This is a pre-competitive program. It prepares students for competitive training but does not require full competition commitment right away.
Competition opportunities may be introduced depending on readiness, interest, and progression within the program.
Placement is based on age, experience, and coach evaluation. We may recommend a call or assessment before joining.
Pre-competitive classes are more structured, with a stronger focus on technique, strength, and progression.
