Yes. Our coaches will adjust to your training level and provide modifications as needed. Every class is focused on learning at your own pace.
If you have any medical conditions such as vertigo, inner ear issues, heart problems, high or low blood pressure, glaucoma, recent concussion, brain injury, pregnancy beyond the first trimester, or other health concerns, please speak with your doctor before joining an aerial class. Always listen to your body and skip any movements that do not feel right for you.
Of course not! That’s exactly why you’re coming to class. We will build strength and increase flexibility together throughout each session.
We recommend wearing leggings and a fitted shirt. Because the hammocks are fabric, they can feel slightly uncomfortable on bare skin at first, so covered clothing makes class much more enjoyable. Tie your hair up and remove jewelry before class.
Bring a filled water bottle and an open mind. We provide all equipment, mats, and hammocks.
We offer aerial hammock classes for adults in North York, with many students coming from Vaughan, Maple, and surrounding Toronto areas. Our classes are beginner-friendly and designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence in a structured and supportive environment.
Spots are limited in each class to keep coaching quality high.
