Our Competitive Team is designed for dedicated athletes who are ready to train at a higher level in acrobatics and aerial hammock.
This program focuses on advanced skill development, performance quality, and consistent training in a structured, supportive environment.
The Competitive Team is for students who are committed to progressing their skills and participating in competitions and performances. Athletes train regularly with a focus on technique, strength, flexibility, and routine development, while building discipline, confidence, and stage presence.

Competition schedules and participation are discussed with families in advance.
Athletes are expected to train a minimum of 6 hours per week, which includes at least 2 training sessions. Consistent attendance is important to support skill development, routine progression, and overall team success.
Katya has been coaching children since 2014, working with students of all levels, from beginners to national-level athletes. She brings years of experience in developing strong foundations, confidence, and discipline through structured, supportive training.
Katya represented Canada in both rhythmic gymnastics and aesthetic group gymnastics, competing at a high level internationally. She holds a NCCP Level 3 coaching certification in gymnastics and is certified in Acrobatic Arts (Level 1).
In addition to her gymnastics background, Katya has completed 30 hours of aerial hammock teacher training (YACEP) and continues to expand her expertise in aerial arts.
She recently placed 2nd in the semi-professional aerial hammock category at the CPAC competition, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to training and performance.

Placement is by coach evaluation or invitation. Students typically progress from pre-competitive programs once they are ready for a higher level of training.

The Competitive Team is not designed for beginners. New students should start in recreational or pre-competitive programs.
