The ultimate 3-class test drive for absolute beginners.
This mini series is a low-risk way to learn the basics, feel safe in the air, and see if it is a fit for you.
You do not need any experience. You will be in a room full of other adults who are also trying it for the very first time.

Get comfortable with the fabric, learn the proper grips, and practice your very first beginner poses with your feet close to the gym mats.

Learn how to safely lift off the floor, balance your weight, and hold classic aerial shapes.

Put your moves together. Your coach will guide you through a short, smooth mini routine that connects your poses into a fun flow.
Classes run on Sundays from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at 73 Alness Street, North York.
Book before September 1 to lock in this rate.
Starts September 2
All prices are subject to HST. No refunds.

That is exactly why you come to class. The hammock is actually a support system that holds your weight. We do not expect you to pull yourself up on day one. You build the strength as you go.
Wear comfortable, fitted clothes like leggings and a t-shirt. Avoid loose or baggy clothing because it can get tangled in the fabric. Make sure your clothes do not have zippers, buttons, or hooks. Please leave your jewelry at home so it does not snag the hammocks.
We have plenty of free parking. Our main entrance and parking lot are located right at the back of the building. Our studio is located inside Ultimate Calisthenics.
